Saudi Arabia has great potential considered by Korean businesspeople 🧐 

Senior executives of Korean companies doing business in Saudi Arabia have not expected the Middle Eastern country’s current recession, which is caused by weaker oil prices, to thwart its Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to increase economic diversification socially and culturally by 2030.

At the 8th Future Investment Initiative (FII) Conference in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, they considered continuing to beat the country, based on an optimistic outlook for the feasibility of its long-term development program.

A Korean manufacturing firm’s head said that the recent slowdown is a kind of correction, leading to the total outflow of capital and Saudi Arabia has only stable Middle Eastern county where Western counties can invest in.

Artificial intelligence (AI) agent WRTN has 5 million active users each month in only 22 months after its chat-based AI.

This growth rate outpaces other popular platform services launched by startups in South Korea. Toss took bank services took 39 months to reach the same milestone.

Reaching 5 million MAUS, WRTM released a user report on user interaction patterns showing popular topics, preferred formats and aged-based interaction tendencies.

Among 695 million messages that users have exchanged with WRTN, teenagers frequently discussed study topics, career planning and friendships, while users in their 40s focused on subjects such as the English language, family and stock investments.

The report also found that older users tend to use honorific language in their interactions, treating the AI as if it were a person. Users aged over 60 used polite language approximately 20 percent of the time, compared to just 5 percent among users in their 20s and about 3 percent among teenagers.

“With the extensive use pattern data that we have accumulated, we will continue to provide high-quality and unlimited AI services tailored to the needs of our users, completely free of charge,” WRTN CEO Lee Se-Yeong said.

“Our goal is doubling MAU to 10 million by next year, and we will employ an aggressive expansion strategy to spearhead the popularization of AI services in Korea.”

Twice has become the first K-pop artist who performed on Amazon Music Live.

TWICE will make history as the first K-pop act to perform on “Amazon Music Live,” airing on Nov. 21 at 9 p.m. (local time).

Now in its third season, “Amazon Music Live” is a streaming concert series aired directly after the Thursday games of the National Football League (NFL), one of the largest professional sports leagues in the U.S.

Previous performers include top international artists like Ed Sheeran, A$AP Rocky, Lil Wayne, Megan Thee Stallion, and Metro Boomin.

This season’s lineup features artists such as Jelly Roll, Big Sean, Halsey, and J Balvin, with TWICE joining as the first-ever K-pop group, further underscoring their strong influence in the global music market.

Known as a “top global girl group,” TWICE is set to deliver a vibrant performance, which will also be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video and Twitch.

Recently, TWICE completed their fifth world tour, “Ready to Be,” performing at major stadiums worldwide, including SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, MetLife Stadium in New York, Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Jakarta International Stadium in Indonesia, and Nissan Stadium in Japan.

In February, they achieved a career milestone when their 13th mini-album, “With YOU-th,” released on Feb. 23, topped the Billboard 200 chart.

TWICE is set to make a full group comeback on Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. (midnight EST) with the release of their new mini-album, “STRATEGY.” The title track, “STRATEGY,” will feature a collaboration with renowned American rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
